Ingredients
1 pack Bowl & Basket wings
1 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbs honey
3 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs ginger grated
2 cloves garlic grated
1 lime juiced
1 bunch scallion sliced to garnish
3 tbs toasted sesame seeds to garnish
salt
ground pepper
Directions

1. Place the wings in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss to ensure the wings and drums are evening coated.

 

2. Place the wings on a clean hot grill

 

3. Cook until golden and crispy, no flare ups of flames

 

4. Remove the wings from the grill and place into bowls for saucing

 

5. To create General Capons Glaze, using a microplane, grate the ginger and garlic into a large mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and whisk together

 

6. Toss your wings in the sauce and then place back on the grill for just a few minutes.
